Green Applications Making Waves

The Green Footstep tool, developed by FIREANT STUDIO for Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI), is catching the eye of multiple environmental news sources. Several organizations have endorsed the tool and use it as their main carbon footprint calculator. Read more at www.greenerbuildings.com

"ONLINE TOOL ASSESSES CARBON FOOTPRINT, OTHER METRICS IN BUILDINGS

SNOWMASS, Colo. - A new tool helps people understand how buildings use carbon and what they can do to reduce emissions in building projects. The Rocky Mountain Institute's "Green Footstep" online calculator uses factors such as the building's location, the local ecosystem and characteristics of the building to produce design targets to yield carbon neutrality, net zero energy for the site, and other goals."
